Job Description

Established, fast-paced, property management company is searching for a seasoned assistant HOA manager to support our community association division.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist manager at Board of Directors and Annual Meetings (generally evenings), taking of minutes, drafting & monitoring budgets, developing action lists, project management, delinquencies and vendor/member communication. Assistant manager compiles letters, management reports and board packets as needed, performs regular site visits and inspections of the properties. Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude to effectively manage, prioritize, and achieve results while handling multiple issues and projects. Requirements: Superior written and verbal communication skills, general office duties, computer proficiency, bachelor's degree and CAI-CMCA certification are required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
